At FAITHCLOGS, we want you to step out in confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your clogs in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
